4. Delivery Hub Program

All orders are fulfilled through our Delivery Hub Program or Farm Pickup unless otherwise stated.
By completing checkout, you agree to the policies, procedures, and requirements outlined on the Delivery Hub Program page.
Delivery Hub locations must be selected at checkout, and failure to pick up on time may result in cancellation fees as detailed in our policies.

5. Live Arrival Guarantee

Our 100% Live & Healthy Arrival Guarantee applies only to chicks picked up directly from the designated Delivery Hub or the farm.
Failure to arrive during the scheduled window or follow handling instructions may void any guarantees.

6. Order Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled, modified, or refunded only in accordance with our posted Order Cancellation Policy.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to follow all policy guidelines regarding cancellations, feeding fees, missed pickups, and refunds.

7. User Accounts

If you create an account on our Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
